Three weeks left until we leave for Maastricht, Netherlands!  We start by spending a week traveling through Italy before classes begin.   Since neither of us have ever spent time in Europe, we are looking forward to the opportunity to experience new cultures (except the local specialties of raw herring dipped in onions and french fries with mayo)!   Over the next few months we will use this blog to update everyone on our life traveling through Europe.
